Hourly Rate: $20.50

Job Summary: To work under the direction of a certificated staff member to support and assist in providing instructional programs and services to students with disabilities in order to provide them with help and support needed to benefit from their Individualized Education Program (IEP).  Services may be provided in a special education class, regular education class or other instructional setting.

 

Applicants must be Highly Qualified as defined by federal standards, which requires either two completed years of study at an institution of higher education, an associate’s (or higher) degree, or PDE Highly Qualified certification (Paraeducator Credential of Competency). CPR and First Aid certifications are required, however CPR and First Aid training can be provided.
