Position: Construction Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinate renovation and new construction projects for the District and provide liaison between the District staff, design team, contractors, and all public bodies involved in the approval and inspection process.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a 36 to 48-month assignment that is renewable as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Science degree in architecture or civil, mechanical, structural, industrial, or electrical engineering is required.
- Fifteen or more years in construction management and a Bachelor’s Degree are considered equivalent.
- 5 years of experience involving design, construction management, and/or field observation of institutional, commercial, or industrial construction projects is required.
